Local Partnership as an Instrument of the Development of the Region

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na identifikaci formálních svazků partnerství na území kraje Libereckého a Ústeckého a na zhodnocení místního partnerství jako nástroje rozvoje regionu na území České republiky u obou krajů. Termíny partnerství a participace jakožto formy vymezující vztah mezi státní správou a samosprávou, popř. dalšími aktéry, se v současném diskursu sociálních a správních věd objevují poměrně často, a proto je nutné se jimi zabývat nejenom na regionální úrovni. Na řešení problému byly využity dostupné informace, které byly čerpány z knih, internetových zdrojů a strategických plánů obou krajů. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá ve shrnutí současného poznání skutečného využívání formálních svazků partnerství v praxi na území dvou krajů.

Abstract:

This thesis has been focusing on an identification of formal ties of partnership in the territory of the Liberec Region and Ústí nad Labem Region and on an evaluation of a local partnership as a tool of the development of the region in the territory of the Czech Republic in both regions. The terms such as partnership and participation as forms defining a relationship between state offices and local governments or other factors appear quite often in the current discourse of social and administrative sciences that is why it is very important to deal with them not only on the regional level. For solving problems there was used available information from books, the internet and the strategic plans of the regions itself. The main acquisition of this work consisted in attempting a conclusion of the current known real usage of formal relations of partnership in practice in the territory of two regions.
