Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza nabídky bezkontaktních služeb v oblasti ubytovacího úseku. Práce hodnotí volbu nové platformy pro rozšíření portfolia služeb vybrané hotelové společnosti a navrhuje postup její implementace.
Abstract:
The aim of the Master's Dissertation is to analyze the offer of contactless services in the area of accommodation. The thesis evaluates the choice of a new platform for expanding the portfolio of services of a selected hotel company and proposes a procedure for its implementation.
