Modification of the basic desk of frictional segments of personal car´s wheel brake

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konstrukce kotoučových brzd osobních automobilů, vlastnostmi materiálů a požadavky na hlavní části těchto brzd {--} brzdové kotouče a třecí segmenty. Součástí teoretické části je též seznámení s perspektivním materiálem, uplatňujícím se v mnoha průmyslových odvětví a v neposlední řadě také v automobilovém průmyslu {--} geopolymerem. V experimentální části je zkoumána možnost použití tohoto materiálu jako brzdového obložení kotoučových brzd. Ověření jeho použití je podpořeno analytickými výpočty mechanického a tepelného namáhání částí brzd, pevnostní a tepelnou analýzou v programu ANSYS.

Abstract:

This thesis is aimed at problems of wheel brakes construction, quality of materials and requirements to main parts of this brakes {--} brake wheel and frictional segments. Component of the theoretical part is acquaintance with perspective material {--} geopolym\`{e}re which is applied to a lot of industrial branches, in automotive too. In experimental part is examined the application of geopolym\`{e}re as frictional material of wheel brakes. This application is proved by analytical calculation of mechanical stress and heat transfer problems, strenght and thermal analysis in program ANSYS.
