Intercultural management in IT
Abstract:
Prehľadová diplomová práca zaoberajúca sa problematikou medzikultúrneho manažmentu v globálne operujúcich IT spoločnostiach. Hlavný dôraz je kladený na výkon a efektivitu multikultúrnych tímov pracujúcich v prostredí IT spoločností. Práca sleduje úroveň, do ktorej kultúrne pozadie členov tímu ovplyvňuje celkovú výkonnosť kooperujúcej skupiny.
Abstract:
The master thesis studies the intercultural management in the IT companies operating internationally. The main focus is on the performance of cross-cultural teams working in the IT environment and the extent to which the cultural diversity of team members influences the performance of the cooperation group.
