Vliv imunizace na aktivitu jaterních enzymů

Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo popsat vztah mezi imunizací pokusných zvíat a aktivitou vybraných jaterních enzym. K pokusu byli použiti samci imbredního kmene myší BALB/c. K okování první pokusné skupiny byla použita suspenze usmrcených bakterií druhu Borrelia afzelii izolované z Ixodes ricinus, u druhé skupiny byla k této bakterii pidána navíc adjuvantní látka (CpG ODNs), tetí skupin byla podána pouze adjuvantní …more
