Sanace spodní stavby na vybraném objektu

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je porovnat a vyhodnotit z různých hledisek jednotlivé druhy sanace spodní stavby na konkrétním stavebním objektu s problematikou vlhkosti spodní stavby. V první části se zaměřuji na principy vlhkostního režimu ve stavebnictví, zdroje vlhnutí zdiva a možnosti sanace objektu. Veškerá nezbytná data pro tuto práci byla získána analýzou dokumentů, dosavadním vzděláním a zkušenostmi z praxe. Použity byly zejména knižní publikace s tématikou rekonstrukcí staveb, ale také internetové zdroje. Definováním výzkumného problému jsem se dostal k aplikační části práce, kde bylo mým cílem porovnat všechny možné metody sanační metody na konkrétním objektu. Prvotně však bylo nutné definovat vady a poruchy na posuzovaném objektu. Stavebně technickým průzkumem se ukázalo, že objekt postrádá veškeré hydroizolace, a proto se objevují poruchy s příčinou vzlínající zemní vlhkosti. Následným návrhem přímých, nepřímých a doplňkových metod jsem zpracoval možné sanační zásahy, a v dílčích závěrech jsem doporučil nejvýhodnější způsob sanace. Pomocí komparativní metody jsem vyhodnotil tyto závěry a došel jsem k poznatku, že žádná sanační metoda nedokáže samostatně fungovat. Výsledným návrhem je tedy kombinace sanačních metod s cílem dosáhnout vysoké efektivity sanace konkrétní budovy s požadavkem na přijatelnou cenu rekonstrukce.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is compare and evaluate from different terms individual setups of redevelopment substructure on specific building structure with issue moisture substructure. In first part i focus on principles of moisture mode in building, resources rising damp with possibilities of redevelopment object. All the necessary data for this work was obtained by analysis of documents, existing education and practical experience. Were used mainly books on the theme of reconstruction of buildings, but also internet resources. By defining the research problem I got to the application part where my goal was to compare all the possible methods of remediation methods on a specific object. Initially it was necessary to define defects and faults in the assessed building. Architectural and technical research showing that the object lacks any waterproofing, and therefore appear to cause disturbances rising ground moisture. Subsequent design of direct, indirect and supplementary methods I've compiled a possible rehabilitation interventions, and partial conclusions I recommended best way to rehabilitation. Using comparative methods, I evaluate these findings and come to the knowledge that no remediation method can not work alone. The resulting design is a combination of remediation methods to achieve high efficiency redevelopment of the building with a request for a reasonable cost of reconstruction.
