První část práce je věnována faktografickým informacím z období Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Zde se zaměřujeme především na záležitosti spojené s kulturou a literaturou cenzura, jazyková nařízení říšského protektora, kulturní politika protektorátní vlády, odbojové organizace a jejich spolupráce s umělci a kulturní život v protektorátu.
