Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji tématu „Vzdělávání a rozvoj managementu“. Cílem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit stav současného vzdělávání a rozvoje managementu ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout změny, které povedou ke zlepšení. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí managementu, jeho úrovní a metodami. Také se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmu manažer, jaké jsou jeho vlastnosti, dovednosti a cíle. Dále teoretická část nastiňuje manažerskou etiku a rozvoj manažerské a organizační efektivity. V praktické části představuji analyzovanou organizaci a jejich systém vzdělávání a seznam nabízených vzdělávacích kurzů. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření zhodnocuji získané informace a navrhuji změny, které povedou k zefektivnění vzdělání a rozvoji manažerů ve vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

In my thesis I pay attention to the subject „Education and Management development“. The objective of this work is to analyze and assess the current state of education and the development of management in the company and to propose changes that will lead to improvement. In the theoretical part I deal with the definition of management, levels of management and its methods. I also focus on defining the definition of a manager, what are the qualities, skills and goals. The theoretical part outlines the managerical ethics and the development of managerial and organizational effectiveness. In the practical part I introduce you the analyzed organization and their training system and a list of educational courses they offer. Using the questionnaire survey I review the information I gathered and suggest changes that will lead to more effective training and development of managers in the selected company.
