Tato práce se zaměřuje na skupinu velmi běžných anglických sloves, které se nazývají delexikální slovesa, např. have, make, give. Na základě práce s korpusem byla tato slovesa zkoumána z lingvistického i pedagogického hlediska. The focus of this thesis is on a very common group of English verbs which are called delexical verbs, e.g. have, make, give. The corpus-based linguistic and pedagogical investigations were conducted in order to delineate the major features of these verbs which have proved to be difficult for L2 students who avoid using them.
