The Motivational System of Non-governmental Non profit Organozation with Regards to the Employee Needs

Abstract:

Cílem předkládané studie bylo zjistit, do jaké míry odpovídá motivační systém vybrané nevládní neziskové organizace potřebám pracovníků. Autor práce zjišťoval, které faktory a složky motivačního systému považují vedoucí pracovníci za klíčové vzhledem k motivaci vlastních pracovníků k pracovnímu výkonu, dále jaké jsou klíčové potřeby pracovníků vzhledem k motivačnímu systému a do jaké míry motivační systém organizace tyto potřeby pracovníků plní. V teoretické části byly popsány základní pojmy a východiska důležitá pro zodpovězení cíle práce. Do výzkumu byli zahrnuti pracovníci v přímé péči a vedoucí pracovníci organizace. S ohledem na stanovené výzkumné otázky, velikost výzkumného vzorku a možnosti dané organizace autor zvolil smíšenou výzkumnou strategii. K získání dat bylo využito polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, dotazníkového šetření a jako doplňková metoda analýza dokumentů. V závěru práce byla zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka. Výstupy z výzkumu jsou určeny vedení vybrané organizace jako určitá forma zpětné vazby přinášející zjištění, do jaké míry a v jakých oblastech se motivační systém organizace shoduje s potřebami pracovníků. Vedení tak bude moci získaná data využít k dalšímu zkvalitňování motivačního systému a práce s lidmi v dané organizaci.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to find out to what extent the incentive system of the selected non-governmental organization responds to the needs of employees. Author of the study enquired which factors and components of the motivational system executive employees regarded as crucial considering the motivation of their employees towards work performance, then what are the crucial needs of employees considering the incentive system and the extent to which motivational system of organization meet those needs of employees. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and issues important for answering the objectives of the study. Within the research were included the direct care employees and executive employees of the organization. With respect to the research questions, sample size of the research and potential of the organization itself the author chose a mixed strategy research. The data acquisition was based on semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and as a complementary method also analysis of documents. In conclusion the main research question is answered. Outputs of the research are intended for executive employees of the organization to help them have a guide in a form of feedback which brings understanding into what extent and in what areas the organization incentive system coincides with the needs of employees. Executive employees will be able to use the data to further improve the motivation system and the work itself with people in the organization.
