Drying fuel to increase the efficiency of heat and electricity in the heating plant Komořany.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnými variantami řešení využití tepla spalin a odpadních tepel k sušení odebíraného paliva (hnědé uhlí) o vstupní vlhkosti Wtr 55% a požadovanými předepsanými limity koncových stavů vlhkosti Wtr 25% a Wtr 10%. Množství usušeného materiálu musí splňovat kritérium množství [kg/hod]. Řešení obsahuje potřebné bilační výpočty, technické řešení včetně stanovení technických parametrů sušáren a s ním spojené ekonomické hodnocení se závěrečným návrhem řešení technologie sušícího procesu. V ekonomickém hodnocení jsou porovnávány jednotlivé dosažené bilance u jednotlivých sušáren a použitých sušících médií. Jsou popsány jejich výhody a nevýhody. Řešení navazuje na úvodní kapitoly, které charakterizují základní problematiku sušícího procesu včetně teorie. Dále je uváděno základní rozdělení sušáren a základní technologické principy sušících procesů. To vše navazuje na kapitolu popisu výrobního zařízení UNITED ENERGY, a.s. MOST KOMOŘANY, kde bude docházet ke spalování takto upraveného paliva, včetně jeho další úpravy drcením pro zmenšení zrna před spalovacím procesem.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with possible options for solving heat recovery exhaust gas and waste heat for drying bleed the fuel (lignite) for input Wtr humidity of 55% required by the prescribed limits and final states Wtr humidity of 25% and 10% Wtr. Amount of dried material must meet the criterion of quantity [kg.hod-1]. Balance solution contains the necessary calculations, technical solutions, including defining the technical parameters dryers and associated economic evaluation of the final proposal of technology solutions drying process. In the economic evaluation are compared to each achieved balance in individual drying kilns and used media. They described their advantages and disadvantages. Solution builds on the introductory chapters that characterize the basic problems of the drying process, including the theory. Below is a basic division dryers and basic technological principles of drying processes. It all builds to a chapter describing the manufacturing facility UNITED ENERGY, Inc. MOST - KOMOŘANY, where there will be the combustion of the treated fuel, including its further processing for reducing the grinding grains before combustion process.
