Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je popsán vývoj periferních oblastí v České republice, jejich znaky a lokalizace v současné době. Pozornost je věnována především problémům, které musí řešit obce na periferiích Středočeského kraje. Na tyto problémy je nahlíženo z pohledu starostů obcí. V práci je poukázáno na význam klíčových osobností pro rozvoj periferních oblastí a nutnost jejich podpory ze strany krajských orgánů a státní správy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the development of peripheral areas in the Czech Republic, their characters and locations at present. The main attention is paid to the problems that have to be solved by municipalities on the periphery of the Central Bohemian Region. These problems are viewed from the perspective of the mayors of municipalities. The work points out the importance of key personalities for the development of peripheral areas and the need for their support by regional authorities and state administration.
