Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá jak ochranou spotřebitele a institucemi, které se tímto pojmem zabývají, ale i charakteristikou spotřebitelského úvěru. Zaprvé subjekty, které mohou na trhu spotřebitelský úvěr poskytovat a za druhé typy spotřebitelských úvěru a jejich náležitosti.
