Diplomová práce se zabývá orgány akciové společnosti s monistickým systémem, kterými jsou správní rada a statutární ředitel. Tento systém vnitřní správy byl do právního řádu zaveden k 1. 1. 2014 zákonem o obchodních korporacích. The thesis describes the one-tier board system (monistic system) of public limited company. This system was introduced in the Business Corporations Act which came into force on 1st January 2014. Czech monistic system is not identical copy of a typical foreign monistic model or former Czech legislation of European society.
