Proposal for the renewal and management of the regeneration of the Hájek pilgrimage site near Červený Újezd

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce reaguje z velké části na následky poúnorové situace z roku 1948, kdy se vlády zmocnila komunistická strana a během totalitního režimu, který nastolila, téměř zcela zlikvidovala katolickou církev, což se značně dotklo sociální sféry lidí, kteří přišli o významná místa pravidelného setkávání. Tento osud potkal i klášter Hájek, který byl v rámci akce K přepaden, kněží byli zadrženi a uvězněni v internačních táborech v prostorách již bývalých klášterů. Tento historicky, ale i společensky významný raně barokní areál se tak, na dlouhá letá, poutníkům zcela uzavřel a chátral. Vzhledem k současné situaci, kdy řešené území již spadá do metropolitní oblasti hlavního města Prahy a je čím dál tím více obkličováno rozšiřující se sídelní kaší, nabízí v souvislosti s problémy suburbanizace, zejména nízkého rekreačního potenciálu okolí dnes zničený objekt nové příležitosti stát se opět kulturním centrem a místem interakce obyvatel těchto uniformních „příměstských nocleháren“ a posílit vazby mezi jednotlivými sousedy a tímto místem. Práce v reakci na tato fakta prohlubuje architektonickou studii, zpracovanou v rámci bakalářské práce Rehabilitace areálu kláštera Hájek u Červeného Újezdu z roku 2019, ideově vnáší do areálu nové celospolečensky významné funkce a vytváří pro ně vhodné zázemí. Návrh dále rozděluje do jednotlivých realizačních etap a analyzuje možnosti financování a PR objektu. Pro I. etapu obnovy areálu byla zpracována projektová dokumentace na úrovni dokumentace pro územní řízení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis responds to the consequences of the situation of February 1948, when the Communist Party seized government and almost completely liquidated the Catholic Church during the totalitarian regime it established, which also greatly affected the social sphere of people who lost places of regular meeting. This fate was also met by the Hájek monastery, which was attacked as part of a violent action on the night of 1948. Priests were at that time detained and imprisoned in labor camps on already former monasteries. This historically, but also socially important early Baroque complex thus, for many years, was completely closed to pilgrims and fell into disrepair. Due to the current situation, when the area already belongs to the metropolitan area of the capital city of Prague and is increasingly surrounded by an expanding settlement, the area offers new opportunities to become a cultural center again in connection with suburbanization problems a place of interaction for the inhabitants of these uniform suburban areas and to strengthen the links between the individual neighbors and this place. In response to these facts, the work deepens the architectural study, prepared as part of the bachelor's thesis Rehabilitation of the Hájek Monastery near Červený Újezd in 2019, ideologically brings new socially important functions to the complex and creates a suitable background for them. The proposal is further divided into individual steps of rehabilitation and analyzes the possibilities of financing and PR of the object. Project documentation was prepared for the first stage of site renovation.
