Práce se zaměřuje na srovnávání rozdílů mezi teorií a možnostmi právní úpravy a mezi skutečnými reakcemi obchodníků. Hlavními dílčími tématy jsou: dodací lhůta a její stanovení, vznik smlouvy a dodací lhůta, nedodržení dodací lhůty a sankce, místo podnikání a místo dodání, INCOTERMS a čeští obchodníci a kontrola při dodání. The thesis is focused on comparison between theory (and regulation in law) and real reactions of international traders. Main themes are: settings of delivery date, birth of contract and delivery date, breaking delivery date and sanctions, place of business as place of delivery, INCOTERMS and Czech traders and checking of goods after delivery.
