Abstract:
The thesis deals with Adrian Hastings, an English Catholic priest, who worked as a missionary in Eastern Africa in the sixties of 20th century. As a historian and theologian he deals with the different living spaces of Europe and Africa in human lives, especially with inaccurate application of post-Tridentine canonic laws in the third world countries.
