Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním výsledků diferenciálního rozpočtu leukocytů stanoveného na automatickém analyzátoru s digitální morfologií. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat výsledky pětipopulačního diferenciálního rozpočtu leukocytů zhodnoceného pomocí přístroje Sysmex XE-5000 s mikroskopickým hodnocením automatického analyzátoru CellaVision DiffMaster96. The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the results of the differential leucocytes count determined on an automatic analyzer with the digital morphology. The main aim is to compare the results of five-population differential leucocytes count evaluated by the analyzer Sysmex XE-5000 with microscopic evaluation of automatic analyzer CellaVision DiffMaster96.
