Iconographic analysis of fresco paintings of the Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary in Rýmařov
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se především zabývá ikonografickým rozborem barokních nástěnných maleb filiálního kostela Navštívení Panny Marie, známého také jako Kaple V Lipkách. Současně se práce zabývá malíři Ferdinandem Nabothem a Janem Kryštofem Handke. Taktéž je v práci popsáno období vzniku kaple i fresek, tedy 17. století a počátek 18. století, které ovlivnilo vznik i funkci kaple.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses mainly on iconographic analysis of the Baroque murals of the filial Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary, also known as the Chapel V Lipkách. The thesis simultaneously focuses on painters Ferdinand Naboth and Johann Christopher Handke.
