A proposed methodology for the protection of very-high-voltage and high-voltage devices of supply substations in rail power engineering

Abstract:

Práce představuje metodiku návrhu ochran pro napájecí stanice drážní energetiky dle dvou základních předpisů, staršího předpisu SR 34 a modernějšího předpisu ČSN 33 3051. Práce také představuje další předpisy pro navrhování ochran, které doplňují výše zmíněné předpisy a normy. V teoretické části práce je zobrazen historický vývoj chránění, souhrn požadavků na metodiky chránění, konkrétní typy používaných ochran pro jednotlivá zařízení a chráněné úseky a nakonec popis jednotlivých elektrických zařízení a rozvodů drážní energetiky. V praktické části práce jsou zobrazena schémata s osazením ochran dle platných norem a předpisů doplněných praktickými zkušenostmi projektantů Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s. Dále jsou zde uvedeny diagramy chránění s dosahy a časovým nastavením jednotlivých ochran pro doplnění celkové představy chránění.

Abstract:

The thesis introduces the methods of designing of the protections for supply substations of railway energy which are defined by the two important norms: the older norm SR 34, and the younger one ČSN 33 3051. Other norms for designing of the protections that amend the already mentioned norms are also introduced. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the historical development of protection, the summary of requirements for the methods of designing of the protections, and the specific types of protections of individual electric devices and of electric lines of railway energy. The practical part of the thesis shows the schemes of the used protections designed according to the valid standards supplemented with the practical experience of designers of Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s. Furthermore, the thesis shows diagrams of protection with their range and the time delays of each protection to create the overall idea of protection.
