Creating the concept of the village hotel

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit koncept venkovského hotelu. Práce je členěna do tří částí. První část (teoretická) se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se práce jako je pojem venkov a venkovský cestovní ruch. Dále je zde teoreticky popsána tvorba a jednotlivé prvky podnikatelského plánu. V závěru teoretické části je řeč o chráněné krajinné oblasti v Brdech, kde se bude vytvořený hotel nacházet. Druhá (analytická) část práce pojednává o samotném konceptu venkovského hotelu. Nejprve jsou zde popsány hlavní myšlenky autorky týkající se vytvářeného venkovského hotelu a podnikatelské příležitosti, dále jsou zde prakticky vypracovány jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu jako například marketingový mix, SWOT analýza, v neposlední řadě jsou zde popsány konkurenční podniky v okolí a v závěru analytické části práce jsou zpracované výsledky dotazníkového šetření a analýza poskytnutých dat o počtu projíždějících cyklistů a motocyklistů. Třetí částí práce je část návrhová, ve které autorka navrhuje některé vizuální prvky hotelu, konkrétně logo podniku, vzhled a interiér hotelu.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to create a concept of a village hotel. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part (theoretical) is focused on the explanation of basic concepts related to this thesis such as the concept of countryside and rural tourism. Furthermore, there are practically worked out individual parts of the business plan such, e.g. marketing mix, SWOT analysis, and then there are described competing companies in the area. At the end of the theoretical part, we talk about the protected landscape area in Brdy, where the created hotel will be located. The second (analytical) part discusses the concept of a rural hotel itself. First, the author's main ideas about the created rural hotel and business opportunity are described. Furthermore, there are practically worked out individual parts of the business plan such as marketing mix, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, and then there are described competitors in the area. At the end of the analytical part of the thesis are processed the results of the questionnaire survey and analysis of the data provided on the number of passing cyclists and motorcyclists. The third part of the thesis is the proposal part, in which the author proposes some visual elements of the hotel, specifically the company logo, appearance and interior of the hotel.
