Abstract:
Tato práce se zaobírá gymnastickými cvičeními, které je možno použít formou hry a zábavy. Cílem této práce je vytvoření zásobníku cvičení, které budou děti dělat rády, a to sami od sebe. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je shrnut termín gymnastika, hra, volnočasová aktivita a gymnastické názvosloví. This work is preoccupied with gymnastics exercises that can be used in the form of play and entertainment. The aim of this work is to create a reservoir of exercise that children will enjoy doing, on their own. The work is divided into two parts.
