Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami diagnostiky a terapie reflexních změn ve svalu pomocí algometru. První část definuje reflexní změny, popisuje teorie vzniku, diagnostiku a možnosti terapie. Práce se zaměřuje také na bolest, možnosti měření bolesti a metodu tlakové algometrie. Praktická část si klade za cíl porovnání dvou metod terapie trigger pointů pomocí tlakové algometrie. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on methods of diagnosis and treatment of myofascial trigger and tender points using pressure algometry. First part describes reflex changes in soft tissues, theories of origin and methods of diagnosis and treatment. Chapter about pain, pain objectification and pressure algometry is included.
