This Diploma Thesis deals with the SCHOTT AG company. There are presented some of its fundamental branches both in Germany and Czech Republic. An overview of the company history is provided in order to enable understading such an extensive development of the company. Diese Arbeit behandelt die Firma SCHOTT AG. Es werden hier einige der wichtigsten Zweige sowohl in Deutschland als auch in der Tschechischen Republik vorgestellt. Ihre Geschichte wird hier bearbeitet, damit man Vorstellung bekommt, was zum Erfolg führte.
