Staff manipulation and motivation in public administration

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem manipulace a motivace na pracovištích veřejné správy. Konkrétně jsou zde diskutovány formy manipulace, šikany, pracovní motivace, hodnocení, odměňování pracovníků veřejné správy. Práce se dále zabývá společnými znaky manipulace a motivace, kterými jsou zde míněny manažer a kolektiv. Součástí práce je také praktický výzkum mezi pracovníky veřejné správy na toto téma, z něhož vyplývá, že většina pracovníků si myslí, že manipulace se na pracovištích neděje běžně. Z dotazníkového šetření dále vyplývá, že se téměř polovina lidí necítí býti spravedlivě ohodnocena za svou práci, avšak přesto se cítí být spokojeni ve své práci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of manipulation and motivation at public administration. The forms of manipulation, bullying, work motivation, evaluation and fees of the employees are widely discussed. This thesis also focused on the connection between manipulation and motivation which is manager and team. The part of this work includes the survey between employees of public administration and concludes that most employees do not think that the problem of manipulation usually happens in public administration. Moreover, almost half of the employees are not satisfied with the evalutaion but they are satisfied with their work generally.
