Tato bakalářská práce ve svém úvodu popisuje postavení a vymezení Finanční správy v České republice v rámci veřejné správy a její kompetence. Dále se zabývá postupy správce daně při výběru daní, zásadami činnosti Finanční správy ČR. Následně je věnován prostor historickému vývoji daní a daňovým kritériím.
