Removal of Structures in the Practice of the Building Offices
Abstract:
Účelem a těžištěm bakalářské práce je pojednání o jednotlivých institutech odstraňování staveb a to především z pohledu stavebního zákona. Po úvodní části obsahující historii, předmět úpravy, právní prameny, subjekty procesu, následují stěžejní kapitoly s popsáním zákonné úpravy, komparací s úpravou předchozí, uvedením procesních postupů, vyjádřením praktických problémů a sankcemi.
Abstract:
The aim and focus of my bachelor´s dissertation is a treatise on different regimes of removal of structures, namely from the point of Building Act.
