Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rolí enzymu poly (adenosindifosfát-ribosa) polymerázy 1 v buňkách, jeho strukturou, aktivací a funkcí. Zkoumá zařazení PARPs enzymů mezi ostatní polymerázy a popisuje jejich vlastnosti a uplatnění v buněčných procesech v porovnání s PARP-1, u kterého dále studuje význam při apoptóze buňky a opravě poškozených úseků DNA. This thesis examines the role of the enzyme poly (adenosinediphosphate- ribose) polymerase 1 in cells, its structure and functions. Investigates the classification of PARPs enzymes among other polymerases and describes their properties and applications in cellular processes compared to PARP-1, in which the importance of cell apoptosis and repair of damaged DNA segments is further studied.
