Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na etické kodexy v podnicích. Zjišťuje využívanost etických kodexů a jejich prospěšnost. V práci jsou uvedeny výsledky dřívějších průzkumů o využívání etických kodexů a četnost hospodářské kriminality, přesněji porušování etických kodexů. Je v ní také porovnání jednotlivých etických kodexů a zjištění, co se v nich nejčastěji objevuje. Součástí je i rozhovor s 12 manažery firem s etickým kodexem.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the codes of ethics in the companies. It determines how the codes of ethics are used and their utility. The work provides not only the results of previous surveys of using the codes of ethics but also an economic crime frequency, specifically violations of codes of ethics. Next, the work compares the codes of ethics and determines the most used rule of conduct. It includes interviews with 12 managers of the companies in which the ethical code is followed.
