Expert evidence in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou znaleckého dokazování v trestním řízení. V jejím úvodu obsahuje stručné pojednání o dokazování v trestním řízení a právní úpravě znalecké činnosti. Těžištěm práce je pak zhodnocení požadavků a procesních postupů kladených na znalce a znalecké posudky jakožto důkazy v trestním řízení.
Abstract:
The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of expert evidence in criminal proceedings. In its introduction, it contains a brief summary of evidence in criminal proceedings and the legal regulation of expert witnesses. The main focus on the thesis aims on evaluation of requirements and procedural procedures imposed on expert witnesses and expert evidence in criminal proceedings.
