Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje a vysvětluje význam hlubokého stabilizačního systému a na základě teoretických poznatků předkládá možnosti praktického využití několika balančních pomůcek najednou pro jeho zpevnění.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis describes and explaines an importance of deep stabilizing system. Based on theoretical findings there are presented practical possibilities how to use couple balnace aids to strenghthen the deep stabilizing system.
