Práca sa zaoberá možnosťami financovania malých a stredných podnikov v Slovenskej republike, nakoľko tieto sú dôležitou súčasťou a pilierom ekonomiky vyspelých hospodárstiev. Ich rast a rozmach je závislý od vhodného legislatívneho a ekonomického prostredia.
