Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním zaměstnanců dle výkonnosti a systémy měření a řízení výkonnosti vybrané společnosti a jejích zaměstnanců. V teoretické části práce je představen systém měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku a pracovní výkonnosti, systém odměňování zaměstnanců, systém odměňování dle výkonnosti a problematika pracovní motivace. V praktické části práce je nejprve představena vybraná společnost a její odpovědnostní struktura, dále je provedena analýza a hodnocení systému měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku a pracovní výkonnosti a systému odměňování zaměstnanců dle výkonnosti. Na základě metod analýzy, hodnotícího popisu a porovnání s literaturou jsou vytvořeny návrhy možných změn systému měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku a pracovní výkonnosti a systému odměňování zaměstnanců dle výkonnosti ve vybrané společnosti. Společnosti je navrženo zahrnout do sestavování finančního plánu vedoucí středisek, srovnávat pracovní výkonnost v čase, zavést pravidelná hodnocení zaměstnanců a implementovat do systému odměňování dle výkonnosti odměny založené na spokojenosti zákazníků a odměny dle produktivity zaměstnanců servisního střediska. I přes dílčí nedostatky hodnotí autorka zavedený systém ve společnosti jako optimální a efektivní.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of remuneration of employees according to performance and systems for measuring and managing the performance of the selected company and its employees. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the system of measuring and managing the company's performance and work performance, the employee remuneration system, the system of performance-based remuneration, and the topic of work motivation. The practical part of the thesis first presents the selected company and its responsibility structure. Furthermore, analysis and evaluation of the system of measuring and managing the company's performance and work performance and the employee performance-based remuneration system are carried out. Based on methods of analysis, evaluation description, and comparison with literature, proposals for possible changes to the system of measuring and managing the company's performance and work performance, and the employee performance-based remuneration system in the selected company are created. Recommendations for the company are to include the performance center managers in the compilation of the financial plan, to compare work performance results over time, to introduce regular employee evaluations, to implement performance rewards based on the productivity of service center employees, and to implement performance rewards based on customer satisfaction. Despite partial shortcomings, the author evaluates the implemented system in the company as optimal and effective.
