The aim of this thesis was to design and implement an advanced scripting tool for the CAVER Analyst application, which is used for manipulation of molecular data usually through graphical user interface. Cieľom tejto práce bolo navrhnúť a implementovať pokročilý skriptovací nástroj pre aplikáciu CAVER Analyst, ktorá umožňuje pracovať s molekulárnymi dátami prevažne skrz grafické užívateľské rozhranie. Doteraz bolo možné v aplikácii vykonávať iba preddefinované príkazy aplikácie. Skriptovací nástroj by mal teda umožniť automatizáciu zložitejších úloh.
