Cílem této práce je analyzovat vliv volebního cyklu na vývoj veřejných příjmů a výdajů státního rozpočtu od roku 1998 do roku 2011. V úvodu práce je přiblížena problematika a jsou stanoveny cíle práce. Na základě načerpání teoretického základu, jenž je uveden v první části práce, jsou stanoveny pracovní hypotézy a metodika výzkumu. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of the electoral cycle for the development of public revenues and expenditures of the state budget from 1998 to 2011.
