Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou secese jako jednoho ze způ-sobu vzniku nových států. S tendencemi k secesi je možné se v praxi setkat relativně často, přesto však není secese v mezinárodním právu jasně definována ani upravena. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with secession as one of the ways how to cre-ate new states. Secessionist tendencies occur relatively frequently in practice, however, secession is not clearly defined or regulated in international law.
