Abstract:

V naší diplomové práci jsme se zabývali porovnáním vybraných fyziologických parametrů při tenisové hře a její simulaci na herní konzoli. První ukazatel, který jsme zkoumali byla srdeční frekvence, klidová a maximální před a během výkonu. Dalším fyziologickým parametrem, který jsme v naší závěrečné práci měřili byla hodnota krevního laktátu před a po výkonu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je přispět k řešení problematiky úrovně tělesného zatížení vyjádřené kinetikou srdeční frekvence a hodnotami krevního laktátu při reálné tenisové hře a její simulace prostřednictvím herní konzole Nintendo Wii. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na charakteristiku tenisu ze všeobecného hlediska, dále na poznatky související s biomechanickými aspekty v tenise, fyziologickou charakteristikou tenisu, funkční a metabolickou charakteristikou výkonu. Také jsme se zaměřili na pohybové schopnosti tenisty, popis herních konzolí a interaktivních her, které jsou jejich nezbytnou součástí. V metodické části práce jsme pomocí získaných dat porovnali vybrané fyziologické parametry při tenisové hře a její simulaci na herní konzoli. Tím jsme zjistili, že rozdíl mezi srdeční frekvencí před a během výkonu je statisticky i věcně významný, také rozdíl laktátu naměřeného po výkonu je statisticky i věcně významný. Naopak bylo zjištěno, že při srovnání rozdílu laktátu před a po hře, jak při reálné, tak při její simulaci není rozdíl mezi soubory statisticky významný.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on comparison of selected physiological parameters while playing tennis and its simulation on a game console. Selected physiological parameters were heart rate, resting as well as maximal and blood lactate. Heart rate parameters were measured before and during the performance, blood lactate parameters were determined before and after the performance. The main aim of the thesis is to contribute with solution of problematics of level of physical load presented by heart rate kinetics and blood lactate values while playing tennis and simulation through the game console Nintendo Wii. The first part of this study consists of theory facts such as tennis characterization, biomechanical and physiological aspects of tennis, functional and metabolic characterization of the performance. Also, there can be found motor abilities of a tennis player, a description of the game console and interactive games that are an important part of it. In the following part of our research are displayed and compared findings of physiological parameters while playing tennis and its simulation on the game console. The results demonstrate statistically and matter significant differences of heart rate before and during the performance. Also, statistically and matter significant differences were found at blood lactate measured after the performance. On the other hand, the comparison of differences of blood lactate before and after the real tennis game and its simulation is not statistically significant.
