Abstract:
Smyslem diplomové práce je analyzovat vybrané principy finančního řízení firmy Baťa a porovnat je se současnými principy finančního řízení. V diplomové práci jsou popsány firemní postupy v oblasti finančního řízení firmy Baťa, způsoby expanze společnosti Baťa, způsoby motivace zaměstnanců baťových závodů a práce s nimi. To vše v časovém období let 1932 – 1939.
Abstract:
The purpose of this diploma thesis is to identify chosen principles of financial management of the Bata company and compare them with current principles of financial management. In this diploma thesis are described business methods of financial management of Bata company, ways of expansion of Bata company, ways of motivating employees in Bata factories and methods of education of employees.
