Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá bakteriálními agens potencionálně zneužitelnými jako biologické zbraně. Práce obsahuje stručný historický přehled o vývoji a použití biologických zbraní. Pozornost je dále věnována především vybraným patogenním bakteriím, zmiňovaných v souvislosti s bioterorismem, jakými jsou B. anthracis, Y. pestis, C. botulinum a Fr. tularensis. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on bacterial agents potentially be misused as biological weapons. This work includes a brief historical overview of the development and use of biological weapons. Attention is also paid to the selected pathogenic bacteria mentioned in the context of bioterrorism, such as B. anthracis, Y. pestis, C. botulinum and Fr. tularensis.
