CAN syndrome in children at the Aš orphanage: a case study

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak se promítlo ohrožení z rodiny do vztahu mezi dítětem a matkou (případně dalšími vychovávajícími dospělými) z pohledu dítěte. Zajímal nás ucelený pohled a významy, které mají určitou ustálenost, a proto jsme zvolili referenční soubor- téměř dospělé participanty.Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je tvořena z šesti teoretických kapitol zabývajícími se dysfunkční rodinou, adolescenty, syndromem CAN, jeho formy, následky a prevencí. Syndrom CAN je v dnešní době považován za veliký společenský problém, který ovlivňuje zdravý vývoj dítěte. Druhá část se zabývá výzkumem zkušeností dvou participantů z dětského domova na případové úrovni. K naplnění cíle byla použita kvalitativní forma výzkumu. Použili jsme metody pozorování a rozhovoru. Bylo zjištěno, že vztahy mezi participanty a matkou jsou velice konfliktní. Oba dva participanti se od matky odloučili a více se upnuli na zaměstnankyně dětského domova.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what passed on the threat from the family to the relationship between the child and the mother (or other educating adults) from the perspective of the child. We were interested in a comprehensive view and meanings, which have a certain stability and, therefore, we chose the reference file-almost adult participants.The work is divided into two parts. The first part is made up of six theoretical chapters dealing with dysfunctional family, adolescents, the syndrome CAN, its forms, consequences and prevention. The CAN syndrome is today considered to be a great social problem that affects the healthy development of the child. The second part deals with the research of two participants from the children's home at the case level.The qualitative form of research was used to fulfill the aim of this work. We used the methods of observation and interview. It was found that the relationship between the participants and the mother are very conflicting. Both two participants were separated from the mother, so they clamped more to the workers in children's home.
