Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na přípustné riziko jako okolnost vylučující trestnost ve vztahu k trestní odpovědnosti lékaře. This thesis is focused on admissible risk as the circumstance excluding criminality in relation to criminal liability of medical doctor. The study also explained problems of the term lege artis and non lege artis and their importance in medical law, while a separate chapter is dedicated to informed consent of the patient.
