Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Trestná činnost na internetu se zabývá trestněprávní úpravou spojenou s internetem. Práce analyzuje internetovou kriminalitu jako takovou, pachatelé této kriminality a jednotlivé trestné činy. Dále práce obsahuje průzkum zjišťující povědomí veřejnosti o trestnosti chování na internetu a způsob, jakým se chrání před internetovou kriminalitou.
Abstract:
This thesis on Cybercriminality focuses on criminal legislation of cyberspace. It analyses cybercriminality itself, cybercriminals and individual cybercrimes. It also contains a survey regarding cybercrime awareness among general populace and means how people protect themselves from cybercrime.
