Abstract:

Cílem této Absolventské práce je zjistit v čem vidí profesionálové (respondenti) přínos dobrovolníků a co od dobrovolníků očekávají při práci s cílovou skupinou osob s mentálním postižením. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se nejprve věnuji charakteristice osob s mentálním postižením. Potom jsem popsala fenomén dobrovolnictví a také jeho management. Tyto pojmy jsem shledala jako nejdůležitější a stěžejní pro tuto práci. Ve výzkumné části popisuji metody, které jsem použila a také popisuji, jak jsem já konkrétně postupovala. Věnuji se kvalitativnímu výzkumu, účelovému výběru vzorku, polostrukturovanému rozhovoru, fixaci dat a jejich následné analýze formou otevřeného a axiálního kódování. V závěru shrnuji důležité body a navrhuji, jak by se dal výzkum využít.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to find out in which professionals (respondents) see the benefits of volunteering and what they expect from volunteers working with the target group people with mental disabilities. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and research. First in the theoretical part I pay attention to characteristic of people with mental disabilities. Then I explain the phenomenon of volunteering and its management. I find out these points as the most important for this thesis. In the second part, research, I explain methods that I used and I describe how I used them in practice. I write about qualitative research, purposive sampling method, semi-formal interview, the fixation of data and their analysis by open and axial coding. At the end of this thesis I summarize the main points and propose how the research could be used.
