Abstract:
Tato práce se věnovala vlivu solventu a tvorby molekulových párů na spin-spinové interakční konstantz v nukleových kyselinách. Všechny výpočty probíhaly metodou DFT implementované v programu Gaussian 03. Pro optimalizaci geometrie byla použita 6-31G(d) báze a B3LYP funkcionál, pro výpočet interakčních konstant 6-311G(d,p) báze a B3LYP funkcionál. Byla použita výchozí konvergenční kriteria. Abstract:
This work studied the effect of solvation and base pairing on nuclear spin-spin coupling constants in the DNA/RNA nucleic acids. All calculations were run using the DFT method in Gaussian 03 implementation. Default convergence criteria have been applied.
