Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje různým způsobům izolace DNA z bakterie Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Zabývá se popisem rodu Pseudomonas a jeho jednotlivých zástupců. Podrobněji rozebírá bakterii Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Dále se zaměřuje na různé způsoby izolace DNA. V praktické části je popsána izolace DNA pomocí různých způsobů a sad.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis focuses on different methods of DNA isolation from Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It deals with the description of the genus Pseudomonas and its individual representatives. It analyses in detail Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It also focuses on different methods of DNA isolation. The practical part describes the isolation of DNA using various methods and kits.
