Abstract:
V diplomové práci vymezuji pojem a profesi osobního ochránce, jaké znalosti by měl mít a jaké činnosti patří k jeho profesi. Dále se v práci zabývám trestnými činy a přestupky, se kterými se ochránce může v rámci profese setkat, řešit je nebo které může spáchat
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the definition of the concept and the profession of a private guardian, what type of knowledge they should have and the type of activities belonging to their profession. Then I deal with delicts and offences that the guardian can meet, solve or commit.
