Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zákazu měnového financování v právu Evropské unie. This bachelor thesis deals with the monetary financing ban in the EU law. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical outcomes of these problematic and introduces the readers with two relatively re-cent cases, when the EU court of Justice was solving the compatibility of the non-standard measures of the ECB’s monetary policy with the monetary financing ban.
