Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rozborem dokazování podle zákona o správě daní a poplatků. Porovnává text zákona s poznatky z praxe a s judikaturou českých soudů. Srovnává text stávajícího zákona s novým daňovým řádem.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with analyzing the evidence according to the Law on Tax and Fee Administration. It compares the text of the law with knowledge practice and the Czech courts’ judicature. It compares the text of the existing law with the new tax code.
