The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to clarify the issue of property restitution to the general public. It informs about situation which started after the year 1989. That time members of aristocratic families started to return and they really wanted to restore what they owned before 1945. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je osvětlit téma restitucí majetku široké veřejnosti.Práce informuje o nastalé situaci po roce 1989, kdy se do země začali vracet příslušníci šlechtických rodů, kteří chtěli navrátit to, co jim před rokem 1945 patřilo.V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala přiblížením případu Des Fours Walderode a obhajobou osobnosti Karla Friedricha Des Fours Walderode.
