Abstract:

Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Specifiky formální a obsahové analýzy Scénotestu u osob s diagnostikovaným asthma bronchiale. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Praktická i teoretická část má pět kapitol. Cílem teoretické části bylo stručně popsat bronchiální astma z medicínského pohledu a zmapovat psychosociální podklad vývoje tohoto onemocnění. První kapitola je historickým exkurzem, který se zaměřuje na proměny pojetí astmatu od historie až po dnešek. V druhé kapitole se zabýváme definicí a předmětem astmatu. Třetí kapitola předkládá astma jako medicínský problém a je věnována diagnóze, diferenciální diagnóze, základním formám astmatu a zařazení v MKN 10. Dále zmiňujeme výskyt astmatu v populaci a výskyt v závislosti na věku. Poslední tři oddíly třetí kapitoly se věnují etiologii a patogenezi, režimovým opatřením a omezením spojeným s prevencí vzniku astmatického záchvatu a léčbě. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje psychosociální vliv na astma a zahrnuje psychosomatické teorie, osobnost a funkci emocí a CNS. Dále se zaměřujeme na rodinné prostředí a jeho vliv na vývoj psychosomatických onemocnění. Poslední oddíl čtvrté kapitoly naznačuje možnosti psychoterapie v léčbě astmatu. Pátá kapitola je věnována projektivní diagnostice. Zde se zabýváme použitím projektivních technik u astmatu, vymezením projektivních metod a využitím hry v projektivní diagnostice a terapii. Druhou část tvoří část empirická, která je založena na výše zmíněném teoretickém podkladě. Po úvodu (1. kapitola) jsme v druhé kapitole popsali cíle našeho výzkumu. Snažili jsme se zjistit specifika formální a obsahové analýzy Scénotestu u osob, které trpí bronchiálním astmatem. Výzkum jsme prováděli ve vzorku 15 osob a pracovali jsme i se stejně velkou kontrolní skupinou, tomuto tématu se věnujeme v třetí kapitole. Následující čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá metodikou zkoumání, použitými metodami a popisem práce s nimi. Zkoumaným osobám jsme administrovali Scénotest a sejmuli jsme anamnestická data. Data jsme zpracovali kvantitativně i kvalitativně. Pátá kapitola zahrnuje deskripci výsledků výzkumného šetření. Zjistili jsme, že scény postavené osobami s astmatem mají určitá specifika a zvláštnosti. V diskusi jsme se pokusili výsledky interpretovat.

Abstract:

The theme of our diploma thesis is The Specifics of Formal and Content Analysis of the Scenotest in Persons with Bronchial Asthma. The work is divided into two main parts. Both the theoretical and practical part contains five chapters. The aim of the theoretical part of our work was to briefly characterize bronchial asthma from medical point of view and to map the psychosocial basis of pathogenesis of this disease. The first chapter is a historical excursion which focuses on the changes of conception of asthma from history till today. In the second chapter we deal with the definition and subject of asthma. The third chapter outlines asthma as an medical problem, and is devoted to the diagnosis and diferential diagnosis, basic forms of asthma and enlistment in MKN 10. We also mention the prevalention of asthma and the age-dependent incidence. The last three sections devote to etiology and pathogenesis, treatment disposal and restrictions related to prevention of genesis of asthma attack and therapy. The fourth chapter describes the psychosocial impact on asthma, and includes psychosomatic theories, personality, the function of emotions and CNS. Then we focus on family environment and it's influence on the genesis of psychosomatic diseases. The last section of the fourth chapter outlines possibilities of psychotherapy in asthma treatment. The fifth chapter is devoted to diagnostic via projective methods. There we address use of projective techniques in asthma, definition of projective methods and the utilization of play in projective diagnostics and therapy. The second - empirical part of our work is based on this theoretical groundwork. After short introduction (in the first chapter) we described the aims of our research (second chapter). In our research we attempted to set the specifics of formal and content analysis of the Scenotest in individuals who suffer from bronchial asthma. We carried out the survey with a sample of 15 persons and we worked with a control group of the same size. The sample is described in the third chapter. The next chapter focuses on methods, administration of the Scenotest and getting anamnestic data. We processed the data statistically and analyzed it qualitatively. The results are mentioned in the last chapter of the empirical part. We found out that the scenes built by individuals with asthma have certain specifics and peculiarities. Finally, we attempted to interpret the results in the discussion.
